Exhibition as part of the Festival du Livre Gourmand
Public presentation of menus from the media library's archives, which hold several thousand menus from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, including the Pellisson collection (named after the judge of the Périgueux court from 1894 to 1909). This collection was enriched with contemporary menus from the 1990s to 2010, thanks to a donation by Valérie Cantener in 2016.
