The story of Ferme de la Colinette began in 2016. It's the meeting of two passions: cooking, my first profession, and the land that has run through my veins since childhood, and the desire to unite them. Deeply attached to my heritage, to gastronomy, to the land and to the skills of the farmers of yesteryear, I wanted to perpetuate these cherished traditions. Breeding lamb, chickens and fattened ducks cooked on site: foie gras, rillettes, duck and goose confits, lamb meat parcels, prepared dishes, walnut oil, walnuts, roast chickens, etc.
