The educational farm of Pilou is a small organic farm which markets its products in direct sale. We have a breeding of black gascon pigs in full air in breeder fattener. There are also some sheep (7 mainly for our consumption but also for the milk). We also raise a small herd of suckling cows with different breeds. We also have two small plots of walnut trees that we harvest by hand and dry naturally. The walnuts and chestnuts are used in our recipes for charcuterie. Sale of pork, veal, cured meats, potatoes, pickles and zucchini. Visits of the farm by appointment and soon possibility to receive groups of adults and children.
