Our quiet, leafy location sets the tone as soon as you enter the large living/dining room opening onto a magnificent terrace. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, has been designed for preparing delicious meals: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, a dormitory for 3 children, a bathroom and a WC. An added bonus: a laundry room adjoining the kitchen has been fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience!
For everyone's convenience, there are USB sockets and WIFI. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The garden is enclosed and not overlooked! At the hottest times of the year, a heated swimming pool awaits you in complete peace and security.
There's also a petanque court in the shade of the oak trees.
