The commune of Grandsaigne is made up of a number of hamlets at the bottom of the Corrèze de Pradines valley.
Worth a visit is the abandoned village of Clédat, which is now being developed as a tourist attraction, thanks in particular to the Association pour la Renaissances des Vieilles Pierres.
