La Ferme de Virginie

  • On the commune of Saint-Michel de Bannières, Jean Michel Cérou and his daughter Virginie produce ducks. For more than 35 years they have been making preserves, foie gras, duck confit, duck breast, figs stuffed with foie gras, walnut oil... The ducks are raised in the open air until they are fully mature (14 to 16 weeks) with whole grain corn produced on their farm
