The location, located on the west side of a hill, overlooks Sarlat. The house, built on the hillside, independent, of 65m² on 2 floors, in a shady property of 5000m² to share with the owner, in an environment of meadows and woods, provides calm and rest. The view is very beautiful. Its independence, preserved by the distance of the houses, does not however make it an isolated place. Thanks to its exposure (south-facing terrace), it benefits from a maximum of sunshine, the strong heats being attenuated by a light breeze. During the summer period, the 3 meals can be taken on the terrace. It is a bright and easy to live in thanks to its modern comfort. Shops are 2km away. Depending on the season, the fruits of the orchard are shared with the owner. Animals admitted under condition.
