Our 18th-century family home is located in Saint Avit Sénieur, Périgord, amid 6 hectares of meadows and woods. Situated on a hill, the house offers a 360° view of the surrounding countryside. It receives sunshine all day long, but stays cool inside during the summer heatwave. Natural air-conditioning is one of the assets of old houses.
Outside, the swimming pool (8 x 4.7), secured by a shutter, awaits you after a visit to the region?s emblematic sites, or simply to relax, chat or read.

Thanks to its large reception room, this house is ideal for hosting family events: birthdays, engagements, etc. We can provide a baby bed.
Arrivals and departures are on Sundays.
