Artisanal ice creams from Rocamadour...
Liesbeth and Olivier have brought us a Belgian tradition of "the glacier farms", and have started making artisanal ice cream with local products (cow's milk from the limargue, goat's milk from their own farm, organic nuts, honey from Rocamadour...), without preservatives or colouring agents.
They will present and make you taste their specialities, some of which have a small Belgian connotation, as well as the launch of a typical Rocamadour ice-cream...
