An artisan basket-maker with over 4 years' experience, my passion for basket-making was forged through encounters and apprenticeships with various passionate professional basket-makers.
They kindly passed on to me the techniques and know-how of this ancestral art. I particularly enjoy Neolithic stitch weaving and the triple crocane technique.
My work is characterized by the creation of objects that are both traditional and contemporary. I mainly use natural materials such as wicker and rattan.
I love exploring basketry techniques from all over the world, and as an artisan basket-maker, I'm keen to pass on my knowledge and passion, to help others discover this wonderful art and inspire others to explore and discover the vast world of weaving.
