Access to the beach 50m away, with 2 small play areas and a city-stadium. Pets welcome under owner's responsibility and with respect for the gîte and other residents. Unenclosed grounds. Optional cleaning 75€/stay per gîte, i.e. 375€ for all gîtes " if you do not take the cleaning package, a deposit of 375€ will be required on arrival The cleaning deposit cheque will be kept and destroyed once the gîtes have been checked.
