The house, "Ostal" in Occitan, typically Lotoise, is located in the heart of the Dordogne valley and in the direct proximity of the Cère, one of its tributaries.
It is surrounded by a hectare of land, where you can enjoy the nature to rest in peace.
The house is on a raised floor, with a few steps to access the main rooms: living room with sofa and TV, large table. Kitchen open to dining/breakfast room.
Access to the bedrooms on the first floor (ceiling height between 1m98 and 1m72), 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, tray with kettle available, private bathroom in each room with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
