In 1969, Jeannot Jouve bought the hundred-year-old butcher's shop in Domme in the Dordogne. The first preserves were made 11 years later and the cannery took over the activity in 1983 with a wide range of pâtés, confits and foies gras.
There are foie gras, confits, cooked dishes, and pâtés from Périgord that the Maison Jouve website presents and makes available to its customers.
