This walnut oil mill is run by the Castagné family, walnut producers and oil makers who master their product from the tree to the bottle. This traditional and century-old mill offers visits and tasting. A stone millstone grinds the kernels, a frying pan heats them and a hydraulic press expresses the walnut oil. Several high quality oils, walnuts and kernels as well as various by-products are sold on site.
