The 4 Gourmands invite themselves to your table
Four local businesses - Caviar de Neuvic, La Trappe d'Echourgnac, La Chanteracoise and Moulin de la Veyssière - are teaming up to offer workshops on their products.
A joint representative will be in charge of the presentation. At each workshop, he or she will take it in turns to highlight the specialities of each of the four houses.
