Created in 1971 following the development of a butcher's and delicatessen in the center of Uzerche, SALAISONS D'UZERCHE SARL specialized in the production of a very specific range of hams in 1986.
Today, the company produces dry-cured boned ham from Viande de Porc Français and Label Rouge Limousin pigs.
