Like every summer, in an old sheepfold located in Avenue F Souladié opposite the hospital of Gramat, SIMY has been exhibiting July and August for thirty seven years, faithful to her Gramatoises roots.
The setting is authentic, the rustic furniture blends perfectly with many decorative and utilitarian pottery: lamps, plates, dishes, pitchers... Modelled or turned, entirely hand-made, they are fired at 980°, then decorated; they are engraved or drawn according to inspiration.
The colours are soft, the decorations delicate.
You will discover oil paintings of flowers, sketches of the surroundings and watercolours. Nature is always my source of inspiration.
