Come and take part in the Truffle Farming Meetings organized as part of the Truffes en Folie festival.
There will be two highlights during this day of discussions: recent innovations and advances in truffle farming will be discussed in the morning, and the afternoon will be devoted to the conversion of vineyards into truffle farms, with testimonials from winegrowers who are also truffle farmers.
Conferences and workshops led by professionals and specialists in biology, truffle farming, and wine growing.
