Wednesday, January 28, 2026 - Truffle farming day: round tables and discussions on the topics of recent innovations and advances in truffle farming and successfully converting vineyards to truffle fields.
Friday, January 30, 2026 - Children's Day. In the evening, inauguration, opening of the Bodega, and free concert.
Saturday, January 31, 2026: Truffle hunting demonstrations and Test Your Dog. Culinary demonstrations and workshops, truffle omelet contest for individuals, Ulysse trophy for professionals, Périgord gold palm. In the evening, free concert by the group Sangria Gratuite.
Refreshments and food provided by local producers on site throughout the event.
