Nadaillac is situated on the borders of the Périgord, between the Quercy Causses and the Corrézian country. The word comes from a Gallo-Roman personal name followed by "acum": Natalius formed from the Latin Natalis (natal, by birth) and means "the domain of Christmas" !
The parish of Nadaillac is mentioned as early as 1099 in the cartulary of Uzerche. It was in the 18th century that Nadaillac-le-sec was specified: no watercourse crosses it and there is only one fountain, the Fountain of Beauty.
Nadaillac is a small rural village where life is good. One of its particularities: engravings on almost all the houses of the village! Its heritage is not lacking in charm!
